How can I send back the product to Speedfulfill, Can I exchange product after items received?

No, you can not send back the product to Speedfulfill/China for return or exchange.
Speedfulfill did not and will not authorise any party to return the parcels to China.
- For reason one, the shipping fee to China will be more expensive than the item itself.
- For reason two, Chinese custom is very strict about the imported items. It is not possible to provide all the documents required. The parcels were be destroyed locally if the delivery failed, or you can keep the product for the next sale if the customer send back the items to you.
